Diversity of Production Lines

Our factory is equipped with five diverse production lines to accommodate various types of food production. These include the mixing line, featuring vacuum mixers and vacuum bowl cutters for blending ingredients; the forming line, with equipment capable of shaping patties, tenders, nuggets, and filling sausages; the coated deep-fried line for breaded and fried products; the oven, grill, and steam line for heat processing; and the frozen line, which utilizes IQF and Blast Freezer technology for instant freezing. With these comprehensive production capabilities, we can produce a wide range of products such as minced meat, patties, meatballs, sausages, hams, dim sum, and various fried goods, meeting the diverse needs of our customers in the food industry.

All machinery used in our factory is imported from Europe, ensuring top-quality production standards. Designed for the highest manufacturing standards, our semi-automatic process flow enhances flexibility, allowing us to produce a wide range of products efficiently. This adaptability caters to the needs of clients in the plant-based meat industry and strengthens our competitiveness by enabling cost-efficient production.

Standards for Plant-Based Meat Production

Our production process begins with importing and storing raw materials in a dedicated warehouse where allergen and non-allergen items are clearly separated. The raw materials are then processed using vacuum mixers and vacuum bowl cutters from Germany, which ensure rapid and efficient mixing while maintaining optimal temperature control. This results in the soft and firm texture required for plant-based meat products. Next, the mixture is shaped using high-quality forming machines from Germany, capable of producing patties, nuggets, tenders, sausages, and hams. Following the shaping process, the products are heat-processed using methods such as deep frying, oven baking, steaming, or grilling, depending on the product type. The final step involves instant freezing with a tunnel freezer to preserve the juiciness of the plant-based meat before packaging using top seal or thermoform pack machines imported from Spain.

Production of Ready-to-Cook and Ready-to-Eat Products

Our factory specializes in producing both Ready-to-Cook and Ready-to-Eat products. To ensure cleanliness and safety, the production area is divided into two zones: Low risk and High risk. A pressure-controlled room is installed to prevent cross-contamination between these zones, maintaining stringent hygiene standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Sustainability Initiatives

Our factory is committed to sustainability by incorporating clean energy and eco-friendly construction practices. Solar roofs have been installed on the factory and parking area to reduce carbon footprint through renewable energy. Additionally, thermowell walls are utilized to retain cool temperatures, minimizing energy consumption. The use of prefabricated walls also helps to reduce construction waste, aligning with our mission to support sustainable development and environmental care.
